Your primary responsibility will be to work as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team to implement treatment plans and therapies tailored to each service user's unique needs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong ability to build trusting relationships with service users. You will work collaboratively with the qualified nursing team to ensure the physical and emotional needs of the service users are met in a caring and respectful manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to implement treatment plans and therapies.

- Undertake safe observations of patients, often on a 1:1 basis or with other staff members.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for service users.
- Participate in group work to promote physical and mental well-being.
