Private Individual Careers is seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Personal Care Coordinator to join our home healthcare team in Kent. As a dedicated caregiver, you will provide essential health care, personal care, and domestic assistance to support daily living.

We offer a comprehensive induction program, 6-month paid training, easy parking, and fully insured employment through PAYE. You will also receive free health care worker yearly vaccines for C-19 and Influenza, as well as statutory employment provisions including holiday pay, sick pay, and pensions.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to provide the best support possible, be well organized, and enjoy quiet, gentle days at home. A 6-month paid training program is available for complex postural care and ventilator use. Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new situations

This is a female-only role due to intimate personal care requirements.
