We are seeking an experienced Care and Education Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will deliver mandatory health and social care training modules, ensuring that all trainees receive the highest standards of care and education.

This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively with various healthcare professionals. You will also have opportunities to deliver training externally, requiring some travel.

About the Job:

  • Deliver engaging and informative health and social care training modules.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and compiling training paperwork.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and compliant with current legislation.
  • Become an integral member of the training team and contribute to the growth and development of the department.
  • Develop effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Take responsibility for delivering training sessions in line with set objectives and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

To be successful as a Care and Education Specialist, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in health and social care training.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  4. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Experience of working with vulnerable adults or children.
  6. RQF/PTLLS certification is highly desirable.
