Adult Care Training Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate adult care training specialist to deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to ensure learners meet their potential and achieve successful outcomes. The role involves managing a caseload of learners, providing ongoing support and guidance, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching and assessing adult learners, a strong understanding of the care sector, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of learners effectively meeting OFSTED and Awarding Bodies requirements in teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Deliver and manage learning of the qualifications using an e-portfolio system.
- Support a caseload of learners by providing effective advice, guidance, and training to progress into sustainable employment, work placement, apprenticeship, or further education.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience of teaching learners aged 16+
- Experience of assessing Adult Care qualifications up to level 3
- Relevant occupational competency gained from working within the care sector
- Experience of delivering work-based training
- Teaching qualification at level 4 or above
- Assessors/Verifiers Award D32/34 / A1, TAQA, CAVA
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
