We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our specialist department, acting as a key point of contact and assisting with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including general administrative tasks, diary management, and coordination of appointments.
  • Lead performance reviews for the specialist team and handle compliance documentation.
  • Raise purchase orders and handle invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Liaise frequently with the Group Board to provide progress updates and maintain records accordingly.
Requirements
  • Experience of providing administrative support in a diverse setting, with excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications.
  • Previous knowledge of housing maintenance is desirable, but not essential.
  • Demonstrates high standards of customer service skills, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • A team player who can prioritize workloads and adapt between tasks.
