At Hawk Brown Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team in Addlestone. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for selling properties and additional services at agreed targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Understand and implement company values positively each day
- Attract vendors and applicants
- Provide high-quality customer care
- Qualify applicants and potential vendors to company standards
- Generate viewings and offers
- Negotiate offers to agreed deals
- Achieve personal and individual activity targets
- Generate listing opportunities
- Collate daily, weekly, and monthly figures to highlight performance
- Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan
- Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards
- Must be able to manage time effectively
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be able to stay calm and positive under pressure
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Be target driven
- Work with an energetic approach
- Have a proactive approach to building business
