Head of Asset, Property

Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the strategic management of a significant portfolio of industrial properties. As a dynamic and forward-thinking leader, you will oversee all aspects of facilities and property management to ensure the highest standards are maintained across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset strategies that align with business objectives, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and best practices.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of property professionals, including Associate Directors, to achieve exceptional results.
  • Oversee financial performance, budget management, and compliance with regulations and standards, ensuring a high-performing portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Drive strategic growth and development, identifying opportunities to enhance the portfolio's value and reputation.
Requirements:
  • Senior-level experience in property and facilities management, ideally within industrial or commercial portfolios.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams at a strategic level, driving results and growth.
  • Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of property and asset management, with a focus on operational efficiency and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, BIFM) are desirable.
