About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at St Leger Homes. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing generalist advice to managers and employees on all aspects of HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake disciplinary and grievance investigations and support Investigating Officers to produce high-quality written reports
  • Review and develop policies that underpin our people-related activities
  • Undertake proactive approach to absence management and provide support and reasonable adjustments to employees
  • Support various organisational change activity, recruitment initiatives, workplace wellbeing, and job evaluation
  • Communicate with people at all levels in the organisation and produce management information data
About You

We are looking for someone who is qualified to CIPD Level 5 and is passionate about providing a consistent, confidential, professional, and helpful advisory service to our managers and employees. You will need to have a 'can-do' approach and be a fabulous representative for our team, with the ability to quickly establish strong working relationships with managers and trade union representatives.
