Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within existing accounts. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong sales principles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to challenges. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools is essential. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Industry knowledge relevant to our services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and growth potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that meet client needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and growth plans to management.
  • Support clients in understanding our products/services and how they can benefit their business.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contract renewals with existing accounts.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.
