About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at In Technology Group. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex IT issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage escalated tickets from the support team, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server, Office 365, and networking infrastructure.
- Assist with IT projects, deployments, and system upgrades.
- Document technical processes and solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and applications.
- Network troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN setups).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
