Area Sales Manager

Tremco Construction Products Group is a leading manufacturer of high-performance building materials, serving the complex construction industry.
We represent a comprehensive range of roofing and weatherproofing solutions for restoration, repair, maintenance, replacement, and new construction across various industries.
In this role, you will work as part of our regional team to develop sales of Tremco Roofing solutions in the East of England region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling building products/systems and experience in managing customer expectations and market requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets
- Establish and maintain close business relationships with key regional contractors and facility owners
- Provide written and verbal specification support to clients
- Collaborate with our technical team to provide site support and guidance
Benefits:
- Salary: £60k-£70k basic (negotiable) + uncapped commission + car allowance + benefits
- 25 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays) increasing to 27 days following length of service
