We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the position of Critical Care Education Specialist. This exciting role entails providing support, education, and opportunities for staff development and career guidance within Neuro ICU. As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively to ensure the implementation of effective education strategies that promote quality improvement and patient safety.

Your responsibilities will include developing and evaluating competency-based programs for non-medical staff, utilizing coaching and mentoring skills to enhance staff development, and participating in research and local, national, and international quality and service improvement projects. You will also lead the development and implementation of education initiatives, including orientation, preceptorship, and practice supervision and assessment programs for students and new members of staff.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience, making it an attractive opportunity for those interested in education and critical care.
