About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Education and Training Specialist to join our team at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Nursing Education Team in the Neuro ICU department, reviewing and developing education activities, leading in-house training and programmes delivery, attending meetings relating to practice development and education activities/programmes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care, with significant experience in clinical practice relevant to the speciality. They will also have or be working towards a recognised post-registration teaching qualification and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real difference in the lives of patients and staff. The salary for this position is £59,000 - £66,000 per annum, depending on experience.
