Education Support Specialist

As a Mental Health Support Worker with Monarch Education, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and well-being of children and young people in Oxfordshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable students. Working on a 1:1 basis, you will provide emotional support, guidance, and encouragement to help them overcome their challenges.
You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop strategies that meet the individual needs of each student. With full training and support provided, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in this rewarding role.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an educational setting. A genuine passion for supporting mental health and well-being is essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including CPD opportunities, career progression, and a supportive team environment.
