About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our care team at Advinia Care Homes Limited. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with our nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and provide personal care to residents
  • Supervise and support care team members, identifying training needs and developing care plans
  • Work closely with nurses and management to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and develop
