Your New Role...

At Advinia Care Homes Limited, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to lead our care teams in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will work closely with our nursing team to deliver high-quality care, ensuring the dignity and well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medication and providing personal care to residents
  • Supervising and mentoring care staff to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible care
  • Developing and implementing care plans in line with CQC guidelines
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to identify training needs and improve their skills
