About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Advinia Care Homes Limited. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in leading our care teams to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and provide personal care to residents
  • Supervise and develop care plans in accordance with CQC guidelines
  • Coach and mentor care team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Identify training needs and implement training programs

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
  • Experience in a similar role
