Your New Role...

At Advinia Care Homes Limited, we're seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to lead our care teams in providing exceptional care and compassion to our residents.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our nursing team, unit manager, or deputy manager to:

  • Administer medication and provide personal care to our residents
  • Supervise and develop care plans, adhering to CQC guidelines
  • Coach and mentor your team, identifying training needs

We're looking for a leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver the highest standard of care. If you have a passion for making a difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
