Job Title: Senior Care Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Home Manager to lead our luxury care home, Hyllden Heights, in Hildenborough. As a seasoned professional in nursing care home management, you will be responsible for ensuring the home's compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and services to residents
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the home's reputation and market share
  • Monitor and analyze financial statements to manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the home's needs and ensure high staff retention
  • Collaborate with local community groups and organizations to promote the home's services and build relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in care home management, with a focus on elderly and dementia care
  • Proven track record of maintaining high CQC ratings and improving care standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Driving license and active NMC pin number
