Pastoral Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastoral Manager to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Pastoral Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and welfare of students who require additional support.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide targeted support to students who are at risk of exclusion or have complex needs.
- Develop and implement behaviour management plans to promote positive behaviour and reduce incidents.
- Provide guidance and support to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their academic potential.
- Liaise with other schools and agencies to share best practice and ensure a consistent approach to supporting vulnerable students.
- Deliver training and workshops to staff and students on topics such as safeguarding, mental health, and wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working with vulnerable students and their families.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting students.
