Key Responsibilities:
- Front of House Support: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and visitors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Administrative Support: Assist with diary management, meeting room setup, and catering arrangements.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office stationery and supplies, liaise with suppliers, and manage courier services.
- Operational Support: Assist the Operations Manager with CEO EA responsibilities and social event calendar management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous Front of House experience in luxury goods or services, preferably in a corporate or upscale hospitality setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Professionalism: Extremely professionally presented, with a high level of energy and a willingness to get stuck in.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £30,000 per annum.
- Office-Based Role: Working in a dynamic and supportive office environment in Victoria.
- Flexible Hours: 9-6, with an earlier finish on Fridays.
