Corporate Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a large global Law Firm. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Utilizing meeting room calendars and software to manage bookings and arrangements
  • Setting up conference calls and ensuring seamless communication
  • Overseeing the catering team to ensure smooth event execution
  • Booking lunches and liaising with hospitality teams for drinks and refreshments
  • Managing office supplies and ordering as needed
  • Providing general administration support, including photocopying, faxing, and scanning
  • Booking travel and accommodation arrangements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Front of House or Reception role, or as a Cabin Crew member
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Excellent telephone manner, well-presented, and polite
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of MS Office
