Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our client, a leading Asset Management house in the city.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has previous experience working in a corporate reception environment.
As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and professional welcome, while also providing administrative support to the Facilities Manager when required.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a high level of customer service to all visitors and stakeholders
- Managing the reception area, including answering phones and responding to emails
- Providing administrative support to the Facilities Manager, including setting up meetings and maintaining records
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
