Delivering Exceptional Service
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our Corporate team. As a key point of contact, you will provide a warm and welcoming service to visitors, staff, and stakeholders.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing access points, maintaining fob access systems, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and efficient. You will also handle phone calls, emails, and mail, as well as assisting with emergency evacuations and other tasks as required.
As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing documentation and ensuring it is stored in the appropriate location or system. You will also be expected to work efficiently to agreed deadlines and prioritize your workload accordingly.
