Job Title: Corporate Receptionist Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a large global Law Firm. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and visitors, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, staff, and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
  • Managing the meeting room calendar and setting up conference calls
  • Overseeing the catering team and ensuring the meeting rooms are tidy
  • Booking lunches and liaising with the hospitality team
  • Keeping track of office supplies and ordering as needed
  • General administration tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning
  • Booking travel and accommodation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Front of House or Reception role
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and presentation
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of MS Office
