Job Title: Corporate Receptionist Opportunity
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a large global Law Firm. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and visitors, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients, staff, and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Managing the meeting room calendar and setting up conference calls
- Overseeing the catering team and ensuring the meeting rooms are tidy
- Booking lunches and liaising with the hospitality team
- Keeping track of office supplies and ordering as needed
- General administration tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning
- Booking travel and accommodation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Front of House or Reception role
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Excellent telephone manner and presentation
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of MS Office
