Corporate Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a leading global law firm in London. As the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Utilize meeting room calendars and software to manage bookings and arrangements
  • Set up conference calls and ensure seamless communication
  • Oversee the catering team to ensure meeting rooms are tidy and well-maintained
  • Book lunches and liaise with hospitality teams for drinks and meals
  • Manage office supplies and order as necessary
  • Perform general administration tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and scanning
  • Book travel and accommodation arrangements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Front of House or Reception role, or as a Cabin Crew member
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Excellent telephone manner, well-presented, and polite
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of MS Office
