Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to service users, which may involve:engaging in various activities, such as walks, bowling, and arts and crafts;assisting with personal care tasks, if needed;preparing meals and snacks for service users;ensuring the overall well-being and safety of service users under your care; andparticipating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following criteria:have at least three months of paid UK work experience in a supported-living service or day service working with autistic service users;hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate covering Adults and Children; andpossess mandatory training certificates dated within the past 12 months or the facility to pay for the required training.],
