Job Title: Infrastructure Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Systems Engineer to join our team at PayPoint plc. As an Infrastructure Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions using Windows and Linux technologies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as PCI DSS and ISO27001
  • Provide operational support for infrastructure services, including incident management and problem resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and infrastructure improvements
  • Drive automation of infrastructure tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Ensure consistency and quality of service delivery, meeting operational service levels
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on Windows and Linux technologies
  • Expert knowledge of Windows Server OS, Linux, and Microsoft Exchange
  • Experience with cloud technologies, such as Microsoft Azure Stack
  • Strong understanding of security principles and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
