Role Overview:

This is a key role within our Retail Team, responsible for delivering People related activities across the UK and Internationally.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and Retail operations, with excellent relationship management skills and a comprehensive understanding of employment laws.

The role involves partnering with Retail Directors, Regional, and Country Managers, as well as working alongside the Head Office HR Business Partner and Payroll team.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive commercial performance through coaching, succession planning, and focussed delivery of people initiatives.
  • Work with the teams to improve the colleague experience across our retail estate.
  • Support complex Employee Relations cases globally utilising external legal support where needed.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver training programs that enhance colleague skills and knowledge.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A strong background in Human Resources and Retail operations.

Excellent relationship management skills, especially at managerial and stakeholder levels.

A comprehensive understanding of employment laws, including inclusion and diversity programmes.

Experience within Retail or a multisite brand with an international presence.

Logical analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including a holiday allowance, 50% staff discount, pension scheme, and more.
