**Job Summary**

Hoop Social Work in Cardiff is currently recruiting for an Adult Support Coordinator to join our Adults Safeguarding team. As a specialist in adult safeguarding, you will work closely with adults at risk of abuse and neglect, developing and implementing support plans to improve their wellbeing and reduce risks.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multi-agency team, promoting the dignity and wellbeing of service users while adhering to best practice legislation, policy, and guidance. We welcome applicants with relevant social work qualifications and registration with either Social Care Wales or Social Work England.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults. Key requirements include:

  • Social work qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willing to apply for a DBS
  • Driving license with access to a car
