We are expanding our Mountbatten Neighbours project and require some much needed support to ensure the successful coordination of referrals, client visits, and liaison with clinical teams.

The role will consist of:

  • Providing administrative assistance to the Mountbatten Neighbours project team.
  • Recording and collating referrals from clients/patients.
  • Contacting clients/patients to arrange visits between the neighbour and project coordinator.
  • Liaising with clinical teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
  • Organising monthly support meetings for volunteers.
Key Requirements

You will need:

  • Excellent organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications and Teams.
  • Confidence to make initial contact with clients/patients.
  • A clinical/medical receptionist background would be advantageous.
