Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Assistant to join our client's business in Newport, Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has previously worked as an intermediate/senior administrator or PA to a management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider project team, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping. They will also manage senior team calendars, take meeting minutes, and assign actions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the wider project team
  • Manage senior team calendars
  • Taking meeting minutes and assigning actions
  • Support the senior team with general administrative tasks and coordination

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrator/team assistant in a construction/engineering environment (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience with team/office administration and document management
  • Proficient in MS Office and other administrative tools
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Benefits:

  • £150 - £160 per shift, paid weekly, outside IR35 on a long-term basis
