About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Apprentice at Great Western Railway (GWR). As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing support to our customers across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our passengers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service delivery, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, with opportunities to gain a Passenger Transport Level 2 qualification.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives, working closely with the team to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
