About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join our team at Great Western Railway (GWR). As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service delivery across various touchpoints, including stations, trains, and customer contact centers.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of GWR's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest customer service techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
