About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring their journey with us is safe, enjoyable, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer service, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
