About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Crew Roster Analyst to join our Crew Planning and Development Department at Jet2holidays. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for producing accurate and timely reports to inform productivity, cost, and efficiency savings decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop databases to hold statistical information relating to Crew rosters, and update databases through the extraction of information from our systems.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports, including information summaries, on Crew Discretion, Roster Stability, Workload, Overtime, Absence, Delayed Reports, and other key metrics.
  • Identify trends associated with Crew Discretion, Roster Stability, Workload, Overtime, Absence, Delayed Reports, and other key metrics.
  • Contribute to the production of seasonal reports, interpreting and analysing data from previous seasons to inform continuous improvement of Crew rosters.
Requirements
  • Educated to A Level standard as a minimum.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills, with strong time management and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Logical and methodical approach to work, with exceptional attention to detail and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programmes.
  • Experience of working with large data sets, producing statistical reports, and working in a planning/rostering environment is desirable but not essential.
