We are seeking a highly skilled Crew Roster Analyst to join our Crew Planning and Development Department at Jet2. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing accurate and timely reports to inform productivity, cost, and efficiency savings decisions.

• Design and develop databases to hold statistical information relating to Crew rosters.
• Extract information from our systems to update databases for both planned and worked rosters.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, including information summaries, on Crew Discretion, Roster Stability, Workload, Overtime, Absence, Delayed Reports, and other key metrics.
• Identify monthly, annual, and seasonal trends associated with key metrics.
• Contribute to the production of seasonal reports, analyzing data from previous seasons to inform continuous improvement of Crew rosters.

• Educated to A Level standard as a minimum.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and ability to work to deadlines.
• Logical and methodical approach to work, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programmes.
• Desirable experience of working with large data sets, producing statistical reports, and working in a planning/rostering environment.
