We are seeking a skilled Crew Roster Analyst to join our Crew Planning and Development Department at Jet2holidays. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing reports and analyzing data to inform productivity, cost, and efficiency decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop databases to hold statistical information relating to Crew rosters.
  • Extract information from the Company's systems for both planned and worked rosters.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on Crew Discretion, Roster Stability, Workload, Overtime, Absence, and Delayed Reports.
  • Identify trends and analyze data to inform continuous improvement of Crew rosters.
Requirements
  • Educated to A Level standard as a minimum.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
  • Logical and methodical approach to work with attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programmes.
