Crew Roster Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Crew Roster Analyst to join our Crew Planning and Development Department at Jet2holidays. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing accurate and timely reports to inform productivity, cost, and efficiency savings decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop databases to hold statistical information related to Crew rosters.
- Extract information from Company systems to update databases for planned and worked rosters.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on Crew Discretion, Roster Stability, Workload, Overtime, Absence, and Delayed Reports.
- Identify trends in Crew Discretion, Roster Stability, Workload, Overtime, Absence, and Delayed Reports.
- Contribute to the production of seasonal reports, analyzing data to improve Crew rosters.
- Educated to A Level standard as a minimum.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Logical and methodical approach to work, with attention to detail and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs.
- Desirable skills include experience with large data sets, statistical reporting, and SQL and Python.
