Nurse Quality Lead Specialist for Acute Care at Home

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Quality Lead in Acute Care at Home Services, based in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent. This is a fixed-term 12-month secondment opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have a background in quality improvement and clinical governance, with experience working across systems to drive change. They will support the development of the Quality Agenda, innovation, and evidence-based nursing practice through professional leadership and collaboration with the clinical team.
Key responsibilities include ensuring that quality planning, assurance, and improvement processes are robust and lead to meaningful, sustainable change. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in patient safety, outcomes, and experience.
Main Duties- Exchange verbal and written information with patients, staff, and carers, requiring tact and diplomacy.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise and leadership qualities through a high degree of experience and maturity.
- Establish systems for demonstrating quality of practice, patient voice, complaints, and enquiries managed within codes of conduct.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
