We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse to join our trauma and orthopaedic Ward Senior nursing team in a specialist area. This senior nursing team welcomes applications from individuals who possess the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the demands and needs of this complex environment.

Main Duties

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and a minimum of 18 months experience of working in an acute hospital within a trauma and orthopaedics setting. They will play a key role in supporting the Ward Manager and the Senior Staff Nursing team, providing specialist care to patients undergoing significant trauma and surgery.
