Protective Monitoring Service Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Protective Monitoring Service Director to join our team at Police Digital Services. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the safety and security of our digital systems.

About the Role:
  • Accountable for the value and efficiency of the service and of the team working within it.
  • Responsible for the quality of the PM service, and will support and input to content evolution, content delivery and validation of content.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced operational security environment, driving and motivating a team, and working in a customer-facing environment. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of various security methodologies and processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the development of the Protective Monitoring Service. The salary for this role is estimated to be £64,500 per annum.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced operational security environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of various security methodologies and processes.

Please note that you must be eligible for NPPV3 and SC clearances. If successful, you will require NPPV3 clearance to have been approved before starting with PDS.
