Culinary Services Leader

As a Senior Kitchen Manager, you will lead our culinary team in providing exceptional food experiences for our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing kitchen operations to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
- Leading a team of chefs and kitchen assistants to achieve high-quality results
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing budgets to optimise kitchen performance
- Developing and implementing new menu ideas and cooking techniques
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety and food hygiene
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar kitchen management position
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional food experiences
Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
