Regional Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team at Insite Finance. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of driving business growth in the UK housing sector.
This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, expand brand visibility, and enhance our market presence.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management, purchasing decision-makers, and key client organisations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the UK housing sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including Local Authorities, Social Services, and Homeless Charities.
- Oversee the complete new business process, from securing opportunities to managing client relationships.
- Assist in managing and expanding current client relationships, enhancing our profile in the sector through targeted awareness and marketing efforts.
- A deep understanding of the UK housing sector, especially in social, temporary, and supported housing.
- Proven experience in pitching, tendering, and managing projects through to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management and key client organisations.
Salary: £62,500 - £77,500 per annum. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in the UK housing sector.
