About the Role

Phrec is seeking a skilled Sales Growth Manager to drive business expansion in the Herts/Bedfordshire/East Anglia/Luton/MK/Buckinghamshire regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and expand our customer base.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with NHS professionals, hospitals, and community leaders to ensure they receive our products and solutions.
  • Work closely with senior decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to negotiate and close deals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead and provide valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new business areas and maintain detailed business plans.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record in medical sales, preferably within the woundcare or infection prevention market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence key decision-makers.
  • Experience working with the NHS, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
  • A commercially driven mindset with a proactive approach to securing new business opportunities.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the North of England.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits that include a comprehensive health insurance package, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
