Job Title: SHE Manager

We are seeking an experienced SHE Manager to join our London and East region team at Willmott Dixon.

The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards across our projects in Bedfordshire, Northants, and the MK area.

This role will involve monitoring, advising, and enforcing health, safety and environmental standards, as well as reporting on compliance with statutory and company requirements.

The SHE Manager will also be responsible for promoting and encouraging excellent standards of health, safety and environmental management within our business.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional with a Level 3 qualification in Health, Safety and Environmental Management, such as NEBOSH or a similar certification.

The ideal candidate will also hold a CSCS card and have experience working on a wide range of construction methods and trades.
