Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Partner Lead to join our team at Wise. As a key member of our global People team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and driving business success.

About the Role

The People Partner Lead will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders and their teams to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement. You will work closely with our global People Leadership Team to develop and implement people strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Lead the development and execution of talent management programs, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team to prioritize and plan for future talent needs
  • Develop and implement organizational design and change management initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
  • Provide coaching and advisory services to senior leaders and their teams to improve leadership skills and capabilities
  • Work closely with our HR Centres of Expertise to resolve complex and challenging people-related issues
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable work environment
  • Develop and implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of people strategies and programs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a people leadership role, with a strong track record of driving business outcomes and improving employee engagement
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and their teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven people strategies
  • Experience in organizational design and change management, with a strong understanding of how to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex people-related issues to senior leaders and their teams
