We're looking for an experienced International Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Ataccama. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth, expansion, and retention of our business in the EMEA & ANZ markets.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs that reach new prospects and drive expansion opportunities with existing customers. You will work closely with our local BDRs & sales teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.

  1. You will orchestrate and execute high-performing multi-channel marketing programs using a data-driven approach tailored to the EMEA & ANZ markets.
  2. You will deliver integrated campaigns, events, and account-based marketing initiatives to support both creation and acceleration of pipeline.
  3. You will partner, support, and collaborate with local BDRs & sales teams.
  4. You will organize and execute direct or with partners: regional events, including industry conferences, roadshows, webinars, virtual events, and customer advisory boards.
  5. You will work in partnership with the digital marketing team to deliver regional campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives, as well as optimizing core digital channels for regional performance and needs.
  6. You will build rapport with regional customers and support customer engagement and communication programs.
  7. You will evaluate 3rd party / partner demand generation opportunities.
  8. You will own, create, and deliver marketing enablement materials for the local revenue teams.
  9. You will set goals and define metrics for each marketing campaign or event, including targeted lead flow, to maximize pipeline generation and sales velocity.
  10. You will track and measure the impact on pipeline, ROI, and effectiveness of all campaigns and field marketing events.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in a SaaS organization. A minimum of 5 years of field marketing experience in a SaaS organization and at least 3 years of international marketing experience are also required.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
