Regional Business Development Lead

Pure Storage is seeking a talented sales leader to join our team in the UK and Ireland region. As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- Identify and hire top sales talent to join our team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and leadership teams.
- Drive sales call activity and ensure each team member meets or exceeds their quota.
- Field travel is required for this role.
- Deliver business results that meet or exceed annual bookings goals.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- At least 5 years of sales leadership experience in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of recruiting and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to clearly articulate Pure Storage's value proposition.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment.
- BA/BS preferred.
This role is based in London and Staines, and you are expected to work from the office three days a week. Please note that there may be variations over time due to business needs.
