About the Opportunity

Pure Storage is seeking a talented sales leader to join our team in the UK and Ireland region. As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  2. Identify and hire top sales talent to join our team.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and leadership teams.
  4. Drive sales call activity and ensure each team member meets or exceeds their quota.
  5. Field travel is required for this role.
  6. Deliver business results that meet or exceed annual bookings goals.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  1. At least 5 years of sales leadership experience in the IT industry.
  2. Proven track record of recruiting and developing high-performing sales teams.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Able to clearly articulate Pure Storage's value proposition.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment.
  8. BA/BS preferred.
Work Arrangement

This role is based in London and Staines, and you are expected to work from the office three days a week. Please note that there may be variations over time due to business needs.
