Human Resources Specialist

Purple Sky Resourcing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join their busy team in London.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an HR environment, including all aspects of general HR administration.
Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Dealing with agencies to set up interviews
- Organising contracts of employment and offer letters
- Liaising with payroll to set up new starter details
- Co-ordinating induction days
- Dealing with holiday and sickness records
- Supporting trainee recruitment
- Co-ordinating annual salary and bonus reviews
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
